This policy explains what information S.R. Auto Service, Inc. receives through www.srautoserviceinc.com, and what we do with it. The short version: the website does not track you, does not set cookies of its own, and does not ask you to create an account.

What the website collects
Nothing about you, on its own. There are no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels, and the site sets no cookies. Its fonts and photos are served from our own site, not from outside services.
The estimate form
The "Request An Estimate" form does not send anything to our website. When you press its button, it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, filled in with what you typed. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
When you do, we receive your email address, your name and phone number if you included them, your vehicle and the problem you described. We use them to answer you and to prepare your estimate.
The chat assistant
The "Ask a question" assistant sends the question you type to Google's Gemini service, which writes the answer. Our website does not keep your questions. Google processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. Please don't type personal details, such as your full name, address or plate number, into the assistant; call us instead.
The map
The map on our home and contact pages is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive information such as your IP address, under Google's privacy policy.
Our web host
The site runs on Fly.io. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs, such as the IP address, the browser and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
When you call or visit the shop
To do the work, we keep the information you give us: your name, phone number, vehicle details and the repairs done, on estimates, work orders and invoices. We keep these as business records.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed for the work you ask for, for example with your insurance company when you ask us to handle a claim, or when the law requires it.
Your choices

Children
The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly receive information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its new effective date.
