Effective November 4, 2026.
These terms apply to www.srautoserviceinc.com, the website of S.R. Auto Service, Inc. By using the site, you agree to them.
Information on the website
The descriptions of our services and the repair tips are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your car. A car's condition can only be judged by inspecting it, so please don't rely on the website alone for a decision about safety or repairs.
Estimates and prices
An estimate request sent from the website, or an answer from the chat assistant, is not a quote. A price is confirmed only in a written estimate or work order from the shop, after we have seen the car.
The chat assistant
The assistant is automated. Its answers come from the information on this website, but they can be incomplete or wrong. For anything that matters, such as prices, availability or whether a car is safe to drive, call us at (718) 349-9742.
Hours and services
We keep the hours and the list of services on the website up to date, but they can change. Please call before you come in for a specific service.
Our content
The text, photos and logo on this website belong to S.R. Auto Service, Inc. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content for other uses without permission.
Links to other websites
The website links to other services, such as Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and policies apply.
The website itself
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, S.R. Auto Service, Inc. is not liable for losses that come from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a customer for the repair work we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its new effective date. Questions: (718) 349-9742 or srauto.app@gmail.com.
